Job Description

We are currently looking for a Scheduler/Billing professional to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a Community Program Center for Women's Health Clinical Materials Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate charge capture, resolving billing discrepancies, and scheduling OR and delivery cases. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily charge capture with a focus on accuracy.
  • Collaborate with department and hospital leadership to address materials and billing inquiries.
  • Generate and distribute usage reports and maintain the Charge Master.
  • Schedule OR and delivery cases on the labor and delivery floor.
  • Initiate and implement project solutions for the CDM/Materials teams.
  • Demonstrate ownership of assignments and fulfill additional duties as required.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Interact with superiors, peers, and other departments, showcasing our commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is a minimum requirement.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work or academic experience is necessary.
  • Healthcare-related degree and professional experience in revenue cycle or clinical operations are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • Prior experience in billing and scheduling is a plus.
