Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service following company guidelines.
• Report customer feedback and product issues to management.

• Support in-store goals for performance and safety.
• Handle transactions, maintain cleanliness, and assist with stocking.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a teamwork mindset.
