Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to provide strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. This remote position involves managing clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics activities from discovery through post-marketing. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies to drive the development and approval of life-changing medicines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and review of pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making.
• Manage a high-performance pharmacometrics team, including hiring, development, and retention of key talents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, data quality, and best practices in pharmacometrics.
• Represent Jazz as a subject matter expert in interactions with regulatory agencies and potential partners.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading pharmacometrics teams and contributing to regulatory interactions.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Global regulatory knowledge and experience in multiple therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Base pay range: $220,000-$330,000.
