Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote) - Great Benefits

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join our global biopharmaceutical company, Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this remote role, you will lead the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in pharmacometrics program design and implementation from discovery to post-marketing.
• Manage clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics activities ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing pharmacometrics team, fostering innovation and scientific excellence.
• Oversee regulatory interactions, publications, and data presentations related to pharmacometrics.
• Participate in in-licensing evaluations and represent Jazz as a pharmacometrics expert.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Track record of successful regulatory interactions and drug approvals.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
• Experience in oncology drug development preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Compensation

• Base pay range: $220,000-$330,000 annually.
• Additional benefits: annual cash bonus, equity grants, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible vacation.
