Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Sleep

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the Sleep Business Unit within the US Business Operations and Analytics department. This role involves tasks such as field target planning, field process optimization, field analytics, performance measurement, and implementing field force data and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead field force strategies for the Sleep team.
• Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools.
• Create and manage performance-related reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments.
• Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to improve efficiencies.

Required Skills

• Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, or related pharmaceutical data.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus.
• Strong business and technology acumen.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proven ability to analyze large, ambiguous datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales analytics, operations, or business consulting, particularly in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
