Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Neurology Account Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. The Senior Neurology Account Manager will be responsible for executing local market sales launch plans, establishing strong relationships with key customers and epilepsy centers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives in a compliant manner. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, and exceptional analytical and account management skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute local market sales launch plan and set specific goals for product launch and sales growth.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and epilepsy centers within the local market.
- Analyze key business drivers, trends, and market access issues to develop strategic business plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives in a compliant manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university or college.
- Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
- Proven track record in exceeding territory goals and successful product launches.
- Demonstrated account management skills and strong analytical abilities.

- This role offers a competitive salary range of $136,000-$204,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
