Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician (Residential/Light Commercial) to join our team at Crawford - Service Experts. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance calls for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer problems efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service and maintenance calls for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent premature breakdowns.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain company property and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
- Valid licensing and certifications required by relevant laws/regulations.
- Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment, reading wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.
- Effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, climb ladders, and lift heavy items.
