Responsibilities

• Assign positions according to the positioning chart.
• Coordinate ticket calling and kitchen pace for efficient ticket times.
• Manage prep levels, avoiding outs.
• Delegate prep and cleaning duties.
• Ensure proper plating of food.
• Maintain safety protocols and morale.
• Complete checklists and prep lists.
