Job Description

Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Stocker. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, creating merchandised displays, operating machinery, and ensuring a safe shopping environment for customers. This role requires physical activity such as lifting, carrying, and organizing merchandise according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with fresh products and maintain proper rotation.
• Create attractive merchandise displays following planograms.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure a clean and organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Work well independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
