Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at ALDI as Stockers/Cashiers on a part-time basis. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and stocked store, while Cashiers provide exceptional customer service and process transactions efficiently.
Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will collaborate with team members, uphold security measures, stock shelves, operate machinery, and assist customers with their shopping experience. Cashiers will process purchases, provide feedback on products, and adhere to cash policies, while Stockers maintain product freshness, create merchandised displays, and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of retail products and services
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience desirable
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
