Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment to deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and operational concerns to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• 18 years or older
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Safe operation of equipment and adherence to cleaning standards
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• Able to meet physical demands of the role
