Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering, stock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and report product issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
