Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Take part in inventory management and adherence to company policies
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and follow security procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 for employment
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
