Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Capable of using store equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
