Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain product displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store.
• Follow company policies and procedures, upholding security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment like a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
