Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves training on all aspects of store management to prepare for running your own store. As a Trainee, you will supervise daily store activities, ensure top-notch customer service, manage schedules, and develop operational plans while mentoring the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
