Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join Aldi as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management, preparing you to lead your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies. This position offers a starting wage of $28.00 per hour with an earning potential of up to $100,000 in the first year, inclusive of salary and bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Understand and promote company values for a cohesive team environment.
  • Manage customer concerns and maintain store presentation and product quality.
  • Participate in hiring processes and create work schedules.
  • Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management and merchandising.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius as needed.
