Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will train in all aspects of store management to prepare for leading your own store successfully. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and develop operational strategies while mentoring your team.

$26.25 per hour

Estimated Earning Potential (Year 1)

Up to $102,000 (incl. salary & bonus, may vary by location)

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate company values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans effectively.
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations for store personnel.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Prior retail management experience preferred
