Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As part of this role, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs and schedules, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance.
• Communicate company values and foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure store maintenance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
