Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a trainee, you will be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and developing the team. This role prepares you to successfully run your own store and contribute to overall store performance.

Position Type

Full-Time (45 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$30.00 per hour

Earning Potential Year 1

Up to $119,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies.
• Supervise team operations to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and employee development.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of retail experience. Prior management experience is a plus.
