Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store's merchandise is stocked, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and displaying merchandise neatly.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers.
• Working collaboratively with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in inventory counts.
• Adhering to cash handling policies and minimizing losses.
• Complying with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
