Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operation and enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is always clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure shelves and merchandise displays are neat.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
