Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and follow company procedures.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and work well in a team.
• Capable of following company policies and handling various tasks professionally.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
