Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
- Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties with precision.
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
