Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
