Store Operations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies while ensuring data security
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
