We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and customer service excellence
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• High school diploma preferred
