Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18+
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
