Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
