Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy of inventory

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
