Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Stock shelves, process purchases, and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including inventory management and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
  • Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and performing cleaning duties.
