Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
- Operate cash registers and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
