Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting your team. Your focus on exceptional customer service and operational excellence will ensure a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Merchandise, stock, and maintain product displays in an organized manner.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure the store meets company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
