Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's optimal functioning by managing merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring accuracy and stock levels.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
