Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising to cashiering and maintaining the store's appearance, you will contribute to the overall success of the store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize errors and losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
