Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Complete customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
