Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the team at Aldi. As a pivotal part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Aldi's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Support customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and uphold cash policies.
• Follow company procedures, prioritize security, and fulfill assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service skills, cash register proficiency, and equipment operation capability.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and handle multiple tasks.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
