Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Take inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Operate equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
