Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neatly stocked shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
