Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
