Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of the store operations, you will enhance the customer shopping experience by ensuring product availability, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise, maintain product displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service while collaborating with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any discrepancies.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company standards.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
