Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized store environment, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service standards.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Experience in a retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
