We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and providing outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products
• Provide exceptional customer service

• Operate cash register efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
