Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a valuable member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
