Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with the team.
• Follow company guidelines for inventory management and store cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
