Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains cleanliness, efficient stocking of products, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with team members to create an excellent shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail work experience.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
