Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
