Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

Type: Full-Time
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
