Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with the team and management
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and maintaining store appearance

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register
• Skills to operate equipment and follow company policies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus
