Job Description
Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant where you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous service, operate a cash register, and handle equipment.
- Effective communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience a plus.
